The role demands 8–12 years of post-qualification experience, national market exposure, and strong project management and leadership skills to drive profit centres and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 8 to 12 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven track record over the last three years as a Profit Centre Head, Business Unit Head, or Sales Head.
• Exposure to the market at a national level.
• Experience in project management.
• Prior experience in international markets will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walks by coordinating and managing installation supervisors and fitters, ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and quality checks to ensure all installations adhere to the highest safety and operational standards, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including installation schedules, progress reports, and quality assurance records, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the installation process.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to align installation activities with overall project goals, addressing any concerns or changes in project requirements.
• Foster working relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless integration and compliance with industry standards and regulations, representing the Organization's interests in all interactions.
• Lead and motivate teams of installation supervisors and fitters, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project phases.
• Facilitate regular meetings and briefings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Professional Experience
