We are hiring an experienced AFC Installation Manager for Metro/Railway projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage AFC system installation activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with Civil, E&M, and subcontractor teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.
• Supervise cable laying, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning support.
• Inspect delivered AFC equipment and ensure proper installation.
• Conduct installation tests and resolve any deficiencies.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify risks, delays, and propose mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of total experience.
• Experience in AFC installation or interface management in Metro/Railway/LRT/High-Speed Rail projects.
• Strong knowledge of AFC systems, engineering drawings, and installation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
