Job summary

MMK is seeking a site engineer for installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment in dairy processing facilities. You will lead site execution and supervise fabrication, erection, and piping work in line with drawings and standard practices.

You will coordinate with clients and vendors, review P&ID, GA and isometric drawings, and ensure safety and quality compliance per ASME/ASTM/ISO while supporting hydro tests and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• 1. Installation, testing & commissioning of mechanical equipment in dairy/food plants
• 2. Site execution and supervision of fabrication, erection and piping work as per drawings and standards
• 3. Handling utilities like compressed air, steam lines, chilled water and process lines
• 4. Coordination with client, vendor and mechanical/electrical teams for project execution
• 5. Preparation and verification of daily progress reports, material planning and site documentation
• 6. Interpretation of P&ID, GA and isometric drawings
• 7. Ensuring work adheres to safety and quality standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO)
• 8. Testing, flushing, hydro test and commissioning support

• 3. Handling of utilities like compressed air, steam line, chilled water and process lines.
• 4. Coordination with client, vendor and mechanical civil/electrical team for smooth project execution.
• 5. Preparation and verification of daily progress report, material planning and site documentation.
• 6. Interpretation of P&ID, GA and isometric drawings.
• 7. Ensuring work as per safety and quality standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO).
