MMK invites skilled site engineers to join our dairy machinery installation and commissioning team in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will supervise fabrication, erection and piping works, ensuring safety, quality (ASME, ASTM, ISO) and on‑time project delivery on site.

Responsibilities include interpretation of P&ID, GA and isometric drawings; daily progress reports; material planning; and coordination with clients, vendors and mechanical/electrical teams for smooth execution.

Responsabilidades

• Installation, testing & commissioning of mechanical equipment such as tanks, pumps, pipelines, valves and utility systems in dairy/food processing plants.
• Site execution and supervision of fabrication, erection and piping work as per drawings and standard.
• Handling of utilities like compressed air, steam line, chilled water and process lines.
• Coordination with client, vendor and mechanical, civil/electrical teams for smooth project execution.
• Preparation and verification of daily progress reports, material planning and site documentation.
• Interpretation of P&ID, GA and isometric drawings.
• Ensuring work as per safety and quality standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO).
• Testing, flushing, hydro test and commissioning support.
