Job summary

MMK seeks a site execution and commissioning engineer for mechanical equipment installation in dairy/food processing plants. You will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of tanks, pumps, pipelines, valves, and utilities, while coordinating with client and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities include interpretation of drawings, daily progress reporting, material planning, and adherence to safety and quality standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO).>

Qualifications

• Installation, testing & commissioning of mechanical equipment such as tanks
• Pumps, pipelines, valves and utility systems in dairy/food processing plants
• Site execution and supervision of fabrication, erection and piping work as per drawings and standard
• Handling of utilities like compressed air, steam line, chilled water and process lines.
• Coordination with client, vendor and mechanical civil/electrical team for smooth project execution.
• Preparation and verification of daily progress report, material planning and site documentation.
• Interpretation of P&ID, GA and isometric drawings.
• Ensuring work as per safety and quality standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO).
• Testing, flushing, hydro test and commissioning support.
