You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful introduction of Alstom's products to the field, supporting technical activities, and driving solutions to technical challenges. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with internal teams such as the Product Introduction team, Quality team, Project Engineering team, and external stakeholders like train drivers and customer maintenance teams. You'll also be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, recommending preventive actions, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the Product Introduction period, but also support activities such as reliability growth and configuration control.
