The Icon Group Ltd. is seeking a Selected Intern in Mumbai to support its business development efforts and CRM updates.

You will reach prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn to introduce BI, EPM, GenAI and Salesforce solutions, qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.

This hands-on internship offers exposure to analytics and enterprise performance management consulting while helping the team hit weekly target metrics. You'll gain practical experience in lead nurturing and CRM logging.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the company's solutions, including BI, EPM, GenAI, and Salesforce.
• Qualify leads based on their requirements, business needs, and potential fit.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the business development team.
• Run email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
• Follow up with inbound enquiries and potential customers promptly.
• Log all outreach activities and updates to lead status in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information and communication records.
• Work towards weekly targets for calls, conversations, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
