• Support proposals, quotations, pitch decks and client meetings (notes, follow-ups)
• Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM/Sheets; log all calls and meetings
• Send daily activity and weekly pipeline reports
• Collect client feedback and referrals, and spot upsell opportunities
• Keep all company and client information confidential
