ZoTok.AI in Hyderabad is seeking an Inside Sales Executive who thrives on conversation and can turn it into a product demo. You’ll reach out over calls, email and WhatsApp to understand business needs and demonstrate how ZoTok resolves them directly on screen.

This 100% inside sales role is based at our Hyderabad office, with growth potential as you learn the enterprise sales process and achieve daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside sales experience in SaaS/ERP software
• Graduate with strong academic record; MBA/BBA a plus
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Willing to be based in Hyderabad or relocate
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and demos

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to brands, manufacturers and distributors to generate and qualify leads
• Reach prospects across calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to build a pipeline
• Run online product demos showing how ZoTok solves business problems
• Understand prospect's ordering, invoicing and distributor processes, and position ZoTok accordingly
• Follow up after demos and move prospects toward closure with senior sales on larger deals
• Keep CRM updated and meet daily/monthly targets for calls, demos and conversions
• Share customer feedback with sales and product teams

The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who loves a good conversation and knows how to turn one into a demo. You will be the first voice many brands, manufacturers and distributors hear from ZoTok. You will reach out over calls, email and WhatsApp, understand their business, and show them on screen how ZoTok solves their problems.

This is a 100% inside sales role, based out of our Hyderabad office.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to brands, manufacturers and distributors to generate and qualify leads
• Reach prospects across calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to build a healthy pipeline
• Run online product demos that show clearly how ZoTok solves the prospect's business problems
• Understand each prospect's ordering, invoicing and distributor processes, and position ZoTok accordingly
• Follow up consistently after demos and move prospects toward closure, working with senior sales on larger deals
• Keep the CRM updated with every interaction, and meet daily and monthly targets for calls, demos and conversions
• Share customer feedback and objections with the sales and product teams

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of inside sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or ERP software to businesses
• A graduate from a reputed institute with a strong academic record; an MBA or BBA is a plus
• Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Construction, Auto Components or Agri is a strong plus, whether through selling to these industries or working in their sales or distribution teams, along with a basic understanding of how General Trade works (brand, distributor, retailer)
• Fluent in both English and Hindi (mandatory), with clear, confident communication on calls and demos
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and unafraid of rejection
• Able to run a crisp online demo and explain a product in simple business terms
• Quick to learn new software, and organised with CRM tools and follow-ups
• Target-driven, curious about how businesses work, and keen to grow into a senior sales role
• Based in Hyderabad, or willing to relocate, and comfortable working from the office
