Job summary

BookMyForex is seeking a target oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable Forex products and drive sales through effective communication and relationship management. You will connect with prospective customers via calls and emails who have shown interest in Forex products and manage the journey from enquiry to transaction.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 1-3 years in sales, preferably with experience in financial services or fintech.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
