Job summary

Triaura Connect in Bengaluru is seeking candidates for an Australian B2C voice process. You will make outbound calls to Australian customers, communicate professionally, understand their needs, and schedule qualified appointments.

We value clear communication, ability to handle international clients, and a goal-oriented mindset. Timings are early morning, with no cab facility provided. Prior experience in international voice processes is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in an International BPO / Voice Process.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and build customer interest.
