Mind Loop Solutions is seeking a confident Lead Generation & Customer Service Representative for our Australian voice process in Pune. The role involves handling B2B and B2C customers, generating quality leads, understanding requirements and delivering high-quality service.

You will contribute to meeting targets, maintain CRM records and work with the team to improve performance in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

Location: Solitaire Business Hub, Viman Nagar, Pune
Process: Australian Voice Process

Roles

Lead Generation & Customer Service Representative B2B & B2C
Campaign: Energy/Telecom/Health Insurance
Shift Timing: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday), 5:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Saturday)

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off
Salary: 15000 CTC to 35000 CTC
Experience: Australian voice experience preferred

About the Role

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our Australian Voice Process. The role will involve handling B2B and B2C customers, generating quality leads, assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally in an Australian voice process.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective conversations with B2B and B2C customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation, customer service and sales-related KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records in the required systems.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve performance and customer outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Good listening, customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in lead generation, customer service, sales or an international voice process is preferred.
• Australian voice process experience will be an added advantage.
• B2B or B2C calling experience is preferred.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to handle customer objections and challenging conversations professionally.
