Job summary

University Living Accommodation in India seeks a customer engagement professional to connect with international students and accommodation providers, delivering end-to-end support and understanding key student requirements.

You will build rapport through friendly communication, manage inquiries via social platforms, and use Salesforce, CRM, Zoho and SAAS tools to help convert leads into bookings. Freshers can apply for immediate joining.
