Job summary

uhomes.com is a global student housing platform seeking a results-driven sales professional in Mumbai to identify and convert opportunities, build relationships, and drive bookings across university locations.

You will present products, understand client needs, coordinate onboarding, and maintain CRM records to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
