Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (2023/2024/2025/2026 batch welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Knowledge of regional languages in addition to English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and guide them through their property leasing/buying journey.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information on services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
