Job summary

FlexBoard seeks an Innovative Project Director to manage a portfolio of 56 small business clients in a hybrid model, acting as a trusted adviser to drive urgent financial improvement and organizational change, and to consistently deliver measurable results for clients across the US.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs and finances, and oversee end-to-end engagement from opportunity origination to project completion while maintaining strong client relationships and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of consulting or equivalent experience with a proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving operational and financial improvement.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships with strategic, financial, and operational accountability.
• Strong financial literacy, including ability to analyze and improve performance across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Ability to travel domestically to sites across the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including Office, financial software, dashboards, CRMs, and project management tools.
• License and auto insurance.

Travel Expectations
