Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Foresight and Opportunity Identification: Build a clear view of emerging technologies, market shifts, regulatory developments and competitive disruption across Quest Global’s priority industries.
• Translate insights into focused opportunity areas and recommendations for where Quest Global should invest, partner, experiment or build differentiated capabilities.
• Technology and Portfolio Assessment: Establish criteria to evaluate technologies and innovation opportunities for strategic fit, client relevance, technical feasibility, scalability, commercial potential and risk.
• Startup and Ecosystem Partnerships: Scout startups, emerging ventures, clients, technology partners, universities, and industry bodies for collaboration, co-investment, and co-creation to accelerate innovation initiatives.
• Spokesperson and Brand Ambassador: Represent Quest Global at industry events and forums, serving as a champion for the company’s innovation vision and strengthening its reputation as an innovation leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology and Portfolio Assessment: Establish criteria to evaluate technologies and innovation opportunities for strategic fit, client relevance, technical feasibility, scalability, commercial potential and risk. Build a balanced portfolio of experiments, recommend investment or termination decisions, and regularly review progress with the Chief Innovation Officer.
• Startup and Ecosystem Partnerships: Scout startups, emerging ventures, clients, technology partners, universities, and industry bodies for collaboration, co-investment, and co-creation to accelerate innovation initiatives.
• Spokesperson and Brand Ambassador: Represent Quest Global at industry events and forums, serving as a champion for the company’s innovation vision and strengthening its reputation as an innovation leader.

Work Experience

A degree in Engineering (Master’s will be a plus)
