Cloudangle It Solutions seeks a versatile product-focused professional to act as the customer-market engine behind its AI content marketing product. You will validate customer requirements, craft persona-based use cases, and research competitors and workflows to shape release-ready offerings.

The role blends product management, consulting and research, with growth pathways into Product, Consulting/GTM or Innovation leadership.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years in product, product ops, consulting, business analysis, research, martech, growth or content roles (SaaS or AI preferred).
• Experience gathering requirements and working with product or engineering teams.
• Hands-on use of gen-AI tools for video, image or copy.
• Structured research and synthesis.
• Survey and interview design.
• Strong written communication.
• Ownership and flexibility as a generalist.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop tested use cases by persona (martech, AI video, ABM, pipeline generation, AI content workflows).
• Research competitors, pricing, workflows and gaps; turn findings into recommendations.

• Design and run surveys, interviews and feedback sessions.
• Support other verticals as needed.
