About the Role You are the creative director for our AI content marketing product's use cases. You decide what great work looks like on the platform and you make it: concepts, stories, visual direction and finished pieces that show brands and agencies what the product can do across AI video, content creation, pipeline and account-based marketing workflows. You also create teaching and learning videos for customers and research the market to keep our creative direction ahead. This is a creator-first role, and your portfolio decides.

- Develop use cases by persona and industry (launch campaigns, product films, social series, personalised ABM creative)
- Build flagship use-case pieces from idea to finished work using the platform and other AI tools for video, image and copy
- Turn each piece into a reusable asset (template, workflow recipe, brief, proof point) and keep a showcase library organised by persona, industry and workflow
- Shape creative brand strategy: narrative, voice and visual identity, aligned with the Product Marketer
- Define and apply a quality bar for AI-generated creative; review outputs and give specific feedback
- Tell the product team where the tools fall short creatively, with examples
- Create topical teaching videos (how-tos, workflow walkthroughs) and keep them current
- Research market trends, formats, creators, competitors and end personas, and share recommendations
- Work with the Innovation Associate, Product Marketer, Associate Product Consultant, Senior SDR, Account Executive, product and delivery teams
