Job summary

Epam Systems is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for an AI Content Framework to drive vision, strategy, and execution across our AI-driven product portfolio. You will bridge commercial stakeholders with our AI engineering teams, shaping roadmaps and defining success metrics for AI agents.

You will own a backlog, write epics and user stories, and ensure outcomes align with ROI and user impact while mitigating AI risks.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience with ownership of roadmaps and vision.
• Strong history as Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile or SAFe.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience turning enterprise requirements into incremental MVP deliveries.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an analytical and strategic Product Manager for AI Content Framework to lead vision, strategy, and execution across our AI-driven product portfolio, acting as the connector between commercial stakeholders and our advanced AI engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and end-users to uncover and document detailed business requirements
• Apply an AI-informed lens to business problems, deciding whether deterministic software, traditional ML, or generative AI/agentic workflows offer the right solution
• Build and communicate a product roadmap that balances quick business wins against long-term architectural sustainability
• Break down major product features into detailed Work Breakdown Structures alongside the AI Development Lead
• Produce clear, value-focused Epics and User Stories, with Acceptance Criteria that reflect the unpredictable nature of AI outputs
• Curate and rank the product backlog according to ROI, user impact, and dependencies flagged by engineering
• Turn business rules and domain expertise into logic engineers can use for agent prompts, tools, and cognitive routing
• Set success metrics for AI agents together with engineering, covering benchmarks, evaluation datasets, and feedback loops
• Represent the customer's perspective in standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews

Requirements

• 10-15 years of IT experience, including a strong background in Product Management with ownership of roadmaps and vision
• Solid history serving as Product Owner or Product Manager within Agile or SAFE frameworks
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration
• Familiarity with AI Solutions design and AI Content Framework development
• Ability to manage AI-related risks
• A track record of mapping processes, spotting bottlenecks, and calculating automation ROI
• Experience handling non-deterministic software lifecycles where AI behavior isn't always predictable
• History of turning large enterprise requirements into staged, incremental deliveries via MVP methods
• Skill in bridging technical AI limitations and business context for different audiences

Nice to have

• Experience as Product Owner or Manager for data science, ML, or generative AI offerings
• CSPO or PSPO certification
• A Business or Systems Analysis background with later focus on AI/ML
