JobItUs in Sanand, Gujarat, is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead the production shift at our Sanand unit. This role requires hands-on shop-floor leadership and a focus on process optimization.

You will handle machine setup, mold changes, start-up, troubleshooting and aim for quality, productivity and efficient cycle times, while supervising operators and maintaining production records. Accommodation may be provided.

Injection Molding Supervisor – Sanand, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor for our Sanand facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the complete production shift.
• Machine setup, parameter setting and process optimization.
• Mold changeover, start-up and troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality, productivity and cycle-time efficiency.
• Identify and resolve molding defects and process issues.
• Supervise operators and maintain basic production and rejection records.

Materials: Polyurethane, POM/Acetal, Nylon (PA), Polyester and other engineering polymers.
