Job summary

WOW Softech in Faridabad is seeking an Injection Moulding Manager with about 12 years of experience in injection moulding, preferably in the medical devices sector. The role requires on-site presence and leadership to plan, execute, and optimize production schedules and tooling performance.

The candidate will drive scrap reduction, mould maintenance, and trials for process improvements, while ensuring efficient machine utilization and manpower planning. Immediate leadership impact expected.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in injection moulding, medical devices industry.
• Minimum about 12 years of relevant experience.
• Location in Faridabad and willingness to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Meeting delivering schedule based on internal & external customer requirements.
• Reviewing daily production plan for injection moulding.
• Analyzing scrap generation and taking action to reduce in process.
• Manpower planning and control.
• Responsible for maximum utilization of machine.
• Maintaining mould cavitations/ efficiency & improvements.
• Review daily/monthly MIS report.
• Conduction new mould trials and inputs for improvements.
• Develop alternate plastic raw material.
• Involve correction in old tools as per requirements.
• Machine and auxiliary planning.

• 1.MEETING DELIVERING SCHEDULE BASED ON ALL INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
• 2. REVIEWING DAILY PRODUCTION PLAN FOR INJECTION MOULDING
• 3. ANALYZING THE SCRAP GENERATION AND TAKING ACTION TO REDUCE IN PROCESS.
• 4. MANPOWER PLANNING AND CONTROL.
• 5. RESPONSIBLE FOR MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF MACHINE.
• 6. RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING MOULD CAVITATIONS/ EFFICIENCY & IMPROVEMENTS.
• 7. REVIEW DAILY/MONTHLY MIS REPORT.
• 8. RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTION NEW MOULD TRIALS AND GIVEN INPUTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS.
• 9. RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOP ALTERNATE PLASTIC RAW MATERIAL.
• 10. RESPONSIBLE FOR INVOLVE CORRECTION IN OLD TOOLS AS PER INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
