Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. seeks an experienced Ingot Casting Supervisor to oversee Ladle Management and Ingot Making in the Melting Shop. You will supervise field workers, coordinate operations, manage materials, ensure safety compliance and maintain efficient ladle and ingot production.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, training staff, ensuring correct tilting and slide nozzle handling, and ensuring quality control and safety across the casting process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in Ladle Management and Ingot Making operations.
• Hands-on experience with tilting-type and slide-nozzle-type ladle management.
• Experience in refractory management and slide nozzle replacement.
• Experience in porous plug management.
• Experience in ingot mould and sprue setting.
• Experience in runner brick assembly and ingot casting.
• Experience in ingot stripping operations.
• Experience in ingot making involving ingots above 30 tonnes is preferred.
• Additional experience in steel and iron casting is preferred.
