Job summary

Hudson IT and Manpower seeks a seasoned Chemical Lab Supervisor for a steel manufacturing site in Ras Al Khair, Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee laboratory operations, supervise technicians, and ensure the accuracy of chemical composition testing for steel and alloys.

Key duties include spectrometric analysis using Optical Emission Spectrometers, calibration and maintenance of lab equipment, proper handling of chemicals, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in a steel plant/foundry with lab supervision.
• Experience supervising a chemical lab team.
• Strong knowledge of steel and alloy chemistries.
• Experience with Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES) preferred.
• Familiarity with QC systems and safety procedures.
• English proficiency required.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Lab Supervisor to oversee chemical laboratory operations at a steel manufacturing plant. • Strong knowledge of chemical composition analysis of steel and alloys.
• Hands-on experience with Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of wet chemical analysis and laboratory testing procedures.
• Familiarity with steel grades, alloying elements, and international material specifications.
• Knowledge of laboratory quality management systems and safety procedures.
