Job Description

Middleware Knowledge is a must with Tomcat and strong Linux application support analyst experience.

Knowledge of SQL, shell scripting, SSL and TLS.

Understanding of Web Request on above Web Servers; required to support release application fixes and major/minor releases. Must possess diagnosing and solving software faults skill. Responsible to report and track post product bugs, fixes and enhancements related along with product development team.

Responsible for updating incident, remediation task, Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application. Required to participate in Change management activities.

Should possess ability to communicate with end users and capture tickets/incidents related to application over phone/IM.

Should be available for on-call support as needed.

Responding to callouts in a timely fashion.

Experience should be 6 to 10 Years.
