Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering leader to guide SRE, automation, and cloud operations across global teams. You will drive IaC with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and supporting scripts in Python, Golang, PowerShell, and Bash, manage IAM platforms, and oversee multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware) to improve reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading SRE or DevOps teams at scale.
• Expert in infrastructure as code using Terraform and configuration management.
• Experience with IAM platforms like Okta, Entra ID, MFA, RADIUS.
• Proficient in multi-cloud operations (GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware).
• Scripting in Python, Go, PowerShell, or Bash to automate tasks.

What you can expect

Lead Zooms Infrastructure Engineering team to modernize cloud, identity, and automation operations. You will drive SRE practices, infrastructure as code, and AI-driven solutions across global teams. Your work directly enables secure, frictionless experiences for every Zoomie and customer.

About the Team

Infrastructure Team architect and operate Zooms cloud infrastructure, identity, and collaboration services as customer zero. Our SRE-driven team automates workflows and continuously improves reliability. We enable Zoomies to do their best work securely.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Infrastructure Engineers across SRE, automation, and infrastructure-as-code disciplines, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Client Experience.


• Driving CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and modern scripting languages (Python, Golang, PowerShell, Bash).


• Managing identity and access management services including Okta, Entra ID, MFA, RADIUS, and certificate-based authentication across the organization.


• Overseeing multi-cloud operations (GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware) with a focus on reliability, security, and self-service enablement.


• Partnering with global support leadership in India, the Philippines, and China to deliver proactive, AI-driven digital employee experiences.

What we re looking for

• Demonstrate hands-on experience leading SRE or DevOps infrastructure teams in a large-scale environment.


• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SALT Stack), and CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jira).


• Operate identity and access management platforms (Okta, Entra ID, RADIUS, MFA, certificates) with a strong understanding of IGA/IAM principles.


• Administer multi-cloud environments across GCP, AWS, Azure, or VMware with IaaS expertise.


• Apply modern scripting and programming skills in Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Bash to automate operations.


• Communicate and collaborate effectively across global time zones, particularly with teams in India, the Philippines, and China.
