Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited seeks a skilled Software Developer / Automation Engineer / Infrastructure Specialist to join the Output Management Services IT team. You will design, develop, implement, and support innovative ERP and document workflow solutions, integrating AI and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with SAP Administration and ERP-related integrations.
- Strong scripting and automation platform experience (PowerShell, Perl, Python).
- Experience with Power Automate and n8n for automation.
- Familiarity with AI-based automation solutions and Copilot.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps; testing; DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in software development, system integration, and API-based solutions.
- Nice to have: Output Management solutions and document lifecycle management.
- Infrastructure knowledge: Windows/Unix/Linux administration, networking concepts, ITIL, IaC, CI/CD, GitOps, multi-cloud/hybrid infra, security.

- Drive End-to-End Solutions
- Will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting innovative solutions in the areas of ERP, Input & Output Management Services, and digital document processes. You will integrate modern AI and automation technologies into our service landscape and continuously optimize business processes throughout the service lifecycle.
Accelerate Digital Transformation
- Will actively contribute ideas and innovations to enhance our services and processes. Working independently and collaboratively with global teams, you will develop services that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience while driving the organization's digital transformation journey.
Collaborate Globally
- Will support both technical and strategic initiatives, projects, and service improvements. By building and maintaining a strong international network, you will help identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices across regions and business units.
Take Ownership
- Will evaluate new business requirements, translate them into sustainable technical solutions, and ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing systems and services.
Education

Mandatory technical skills
- Experience with SAP Administration and ERP-related integrations.

- Enterprise system architectures
- IT Service Management processes (preferably ITIL)
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
- Knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and modern deployment processes
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures
- Good understanding about Software security and practices
