Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Technical Architect for Business Tools & IT Service Management to lead end-to-end architecture across enterprise systems in India. You will shape modernization, data flows, and platform transformation with ITSM governance alignment.

The role requires deep experience in service-oriented architecture, cloud-native patterns, ServiceNow ITSM, and AI-enabled solutions, driving implementation and optimization across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Application & Solution Development: Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using modern development frameworks, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Data & Integration Architecture: Expertise in end-to-end data architecture, data modeling, orchestration, analytics, and integration across enterprise platforms and cloud environments.
• Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering: Experience with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, platform operations, and deployment best practices.
• ServiceNow & ITSM Ecosystem: Strong experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, platform customization, enterprise integrations, ITSM process transformation, and modernization of legacy service management solutions.
• AI & Intelligent Solutions: Knowledge of enterprise AI solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG architectures, model optimization, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Architecture: Define, design, and govern scalable business solutions by translating requirements into architecture, independent of specific technologies.
• Data Flow & System Integration: Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end application and data flows, ensuring seamless integration across systems and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Architecture Advisory & Continuous Improvement: Provide architectural guidance, technical direction, and improvement recommendations to address complex challenges, modernization needs, and future scalability.
• Modernization & Platform Transformation: Lead legacy modernization, migration, and platform standardization initiatives while promoting best practices and reuse of standard capabilities.
• ITSM & Governance Alignment: Ensure architectural decisions align with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Release, Asset, and Operations Management) and enterprise governance standards.
