Responsibilities

• Build Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Develop reusable automation modules, templates, scripts, and workflows.
• Create integrations between automation platforms and enterprise tools.
• Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain source code repositories and version control standards.
• Perform daily operational activities related to infrastructure automation and orchestration.
• Troubleshoot failed automation executions and resolve workflow-related issues.
• Support automation requests raised through ServiceNow. Automation & Scripting: Use Python, YAML, PowerShell or Bash to automate routine tasks and REST API integrations.
• Incident & Problem Management: Provide root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production incidents, search errors, and platform health issues.
• Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow and Jira.
