Tata Consultancy Services in Gurugram invites an experienced Infrastructure Automation Developer to join our automation team. You will design and implement IaC solutions, build reusable automation modules, and integrate with enterprise tools like ServiceNow and Jira to streamline workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5–12 years in infrastructure automation, strong scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and hands-on experience with VMware Aria, Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5 to 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure Automation development.
• Strong proficiency in VRA/VRO/PowerShell Bash, Rest API, GitLab CI/CD and GitHub CI/CD.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and communicate challenges proactively.

Responsibilities

• Build Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Develop reusable automation modules, templates, scripts, and workflows.
• Create integrations between automation platforms and enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain source code repositories and version control standards.
• Perform daily operational activities related to infrastructure automation and orchestration.
• Troubleshoot failed automation executions and resolve workflow-related issues.
• Support automation requests raised through ServiceNow and other channels.
• Assist CI/CD and automation release activities.
