Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various systems and software products across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues, implements technology solutions at the operating system level, and performs troubleshooting activities ranging from basic to intermediate complexity. Work is conducted both remotely and onsite, supporting configured services and maintaining system reliability and performance throughout the day.
