• Drive end to end capacity planning processes that align infrastructure resources with business growth targets while maintaining cost efficiency and operational resilience.
• Analyze trends in utilization performance metrics and historical incidents to identify capacity risks early and recommend corrective actions that protect critical services.
• Collaborate with application owners operations teams and architecture experts to translate business forecasts into detailed infrastructure capacity plans for compute storage and network.
• Implement automated monitoring and alerting workflows that track capacity thresholds and enable proactive intervention before service quality is affected.
• Optimize existing capacity by identifying unused or underutilized resources and recommending consolidation or reallocation strategies that support sustainability and budget goals.
• Develop and maintain predictive dashboards and reports that communicate capacity health forecast accuracy and risk scenarios to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal platform teams to evaluate new tools and methods that enhance AI driven capacity planning and operational efficiency.
