Job summary

Luxoft Bengaluru seeks an experienced IT governance professional to oversee recertification, risk management, and audit readiness for BFSI applications used by a Large International Investment Bank.

You will coordinate with control groups, manage ServiceNow tickets, and drive delivery across governance, asset and security compliance while maintaining clear client communications.

Qualifications

This engagement is for Large International Investment Bank, Fixed Income & Currencies line of business. There is a list of application that is in use for many years. According to banks policies, the applications should be recertified on regular basis from perspective of Enterprise IT Governance, method and tools, asset and configuration management, information security, etc. In scope if these activities it is necessary to negotiate with different bank's control groups, create ServiceNow tickets, fill in different types of questioners and web-forms, etc.

Responsibilities

• - Disaster Recovery plan, Database backup, Patch management, Infrastructure knowledge (high level), Cryptographic controls, Change management, Upstream/downstream connectivity; NAR interfacing, JMS/MQ/Middleware, Audit- understanding of banking IT- good negotiation skills- ServiceNow- patience and attention to details- understanding of banking IT- understanding of infrastructure- good negotiation skills- ServiceNow

Must have

• Own end-to-end accountability for a suite of critical BFSI applications, ensuring stability, availability, and compliance with client SoW/Contract.Drive risk identification and management (proactive & reactive), including scoping, consequence documentation, action planning, evidence collection, residual risk assessment, and closure via Risk LCE.Ensure applications are fully audit-compliant and meet BFSI technical stack standards; support internal and external audit activities.Oversee the Book of Work (BoW), managing delivery milestones, tracking projects against schedule and budget.Manage quarterly and annual stability across the application portfolio.Lead and coordinate Development and Support teams to deliver critical services within agreed SLAs.Co-ordinate with production support activities including troubleshooting, user account management, security, upgrades, patch testing, and system configuration.Facilitate training and onboarding transitions for new resources and application/asset migrations.Serve as the primary client-facing technical liaison; manage escalations and business communications.Produce daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting via in-depth analysis and Excel dashboards.
