• Define and maintain standard CIs, CI relationships, and CMDB classification.
• Develop HAM/CMDB policy documents and related process documentation.
• Configure, develop, enhance and implement ServiceNow maps and integrations; run reports and dashboards.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and oversee periodic audits with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
