Deployment Lead Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application and system integrations.
• Build, consume, and secure RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Develop API-based integrations between enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Create reusable integration components and services.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.
• Monitor integration jobs and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and application teams to understand integration requirements.
• Develop technical design documents and integration specifications.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, Basic Authentication).
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases.
• Follow security, coding, and API governance standards.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in application integration or middleware development.
• Strong knowledge of: REST APIs SOAP Web Services JSON XML HTTP/HTTPS.
• Experience with API development and integration frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as: Java JavaScript Python C#.
• Experience with data transformation and mapping.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and Basic Authentication.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with one or more integration platforms: MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Microsoft Azure Integration Services IBM App Connect SnapLogic Workato
• Experience with API management platforms such as: Apigee Kong Azure API Management AWS API Gateway
• Experience with messaging technologies: Kafka RabbitMQ ActiveMQ
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in integration platforms or cloud technologies are a plus.

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are desirable.

• Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIPs) and API-first architecture.
