Job summary

Thoucentric Technology Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Infrastructure Architect with deep DevOps expertise to lead cloud infrastructure planning and deployment for a global o9 supply chain platform rollout.

The architect will serve as a strategic liaison between the client’s IT organization and o9’s DevOps team, ensuring robust, scalable infrastructure across cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Infrastructure Architecture / DevOps, ideally within CPG or large enterprise SaaS/Supply Chain platforms.
• Proven experience deploying and scaling platforms on Azure and/or AWS.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Karpenter, and Git-based CI/CD implementations.
• Experience with DataLake/DeltaLake architectures and IaC tooling (Terraform/Helm).
• Strong security, IAM, and networking knowledge in cloud environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Planning & Design for cloud-native architecture.
• Size and allocate compute, storage, networking across Azure/AWS.
• Plan for elasticity, availability, cost-efficiency, disaster recovery.
• DevOps Integration with DevOps teams; manage Kubernetes clusters using Karpenter.
• Oversee CI/CD workflows for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting per SRE practices.
• Bridge client enterprise IT and o9 DevOps; align security and timelines.
• Provide guidance on Data Lake/Delta Lake storage strategies for analytics.

Role Overview

We are seeking ahighly experienced Infrastructure Architect with deep DevOps expertise to lead the cloud infrastructure planning and deployment for a global o9 supplychain platform rollout. The architect will serve as a strategic liaison betweenthe client’s IT organization and o9’s DevOps team, ensuring robust, scalable,and future-proof infrastructure across cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

This is a criticalleadership role responsible for envisioning, planning, and implementing theinfrastructure required for a multi-region, high-performance deploymentinvolving data lakes, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• InfrastructurePlanning & Design
  
• Design cloud-native architecture for o9platform rollout, aligned with current and future business scalabilityneeds.
  
• Size and allocate compute, storage, andnetworking resources across Azure and/or AWS environments.
  
• Plan for elasticity, availability,cost-efficiency, and disaster recovery.
  
• DevOpsIntegration & Implementation
  
• Collaborate closely with o9’s DevOpsteam to deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Karpenter forcost-efficient auto scaling.
  
• Oversee Git-based CI/CD workflows forinfrastructure provisioning and platform deployment.
  
• Implement monitoring, logging, andalerting frameworks aligned with SRE best practices.
  
• StakeholderCollaboration
  
• Act as a bridge between the client’senterprise IT team and o9’s DevOps team, aligning platformrequirements, security policies, and deployment timelines.
  
• Provide guidance on data storagestrategies using DataLake/DeltaLake architectures in a supplychain analytics context.
  
• Scalability& Performance Management
  
• Ensure infrastructure supports highavailability, low latency, and high throughput as per supply chainoperations needs.
  
• Anticipate future growth and designcloud architecture that can scale horizontally and vertically as needed.
  

Requirements

Required Skills &Experience

• 10+years in Infrastructure Architecture / DevOps, ideally within CPG orlarge enterprise SaaS/Supply Chain platforms.
  
• Provenexperience deploying and scaling platforms on Azure and/or AWS.
  
• Hands-onexpertise with:
