Job summary

Thoucentric Technology Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a senior Supply Chain Planning consultant to lead end-to-end planning engagements. You will drive Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization across industries, managing distributed teams and client stakeholders.

The role requires 15–20 years in Supply Chain Planning with technology exposure, excellent communication, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• 15–20 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning with technology exposure.
• Flexibility to work on any supply chain technology; strong communication and reporting skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with self-motivation and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to drive projects in a matrix environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing large data sets; proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on ongoing supply chain technology projects.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver projects on time and exceed expectations.
• Deliver Supply Chain Planning engagements across Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution, MRP, and Inventory Planning.
• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain solutions.
• Provide leadership to consultants, manage deliverables, and ensure project discipline.
• Participate in pre-sales to grow Thoucentric's Supply Chain capabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Role Summary: -

The role requires individuals to:

• Build and execute strategies to ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction on ongoing supply chain technology projects.
• Help develop account strategy and plan, that bestleverages consulting team strengths.
• Leading a team working on multiple, geographicallydispersed projects, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and exceedcustomer expectations.
• Successfully deliver Supply Chain Planning Consultingengagements across various industries, sectors and geographies specifically invarious areas of Supply Chain Planning (Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP,Distribution Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning andNetwork Optimization)
• Bring structure to unstructured environments. Deal withambiguity and lead the teams to success in fast paced environment
• Assist clients in the selection, implementation, andadoption of supply chain solutions.
• Provide functional and business process expertise on aproject which generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote globalresources, and client employees.
• Manage cross-functional programs/projects involvingmultiple client stakeholders and vendors.
• Guide the clients on industry best practices / processbenchmarks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to consultants inmanaging their deliverables and lead the teams to achieve highest standards,project discipline and accountability.
• Help in building Supply Chain practice at Thoucentricand help grow the company by participating in pre-sales activities, buildingnew solutions / offering that can strengthen Thoucentric’s capabilities inSupply Chain space.
• Create reusable assets to help accelerate delivery ofsolutions
• Juggle multiple and conflicting priorities in a timelyand sensitive way. Educational Qualifications:

Strong educational background from reputed engineeringand management schools

Required Skills:

• Understanding of supply chain planning processesincluding demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventoryoptimization.
• 15 years to 20 years of work experience in Supply ChainPlanning domain with technology exposure.
• Flexibility to work on any supply chain technology.Appropriate training would be provided if you would need to work on a differenttechnology than what you have experience in.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tointeract with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on followthrough and reporting
