Job summary

Angel One is seeking a seasoned IT Applications & Security Lead to manage enterprise SaaS platforms, endpoint management, identity infrastructure, and IT security operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong ownership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering IT transformations in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS required.
• ITIL Foundation or Atlassian/Security certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Applications & Security Lead to manage and support enterprise SaaS platforms, endpoint management, identity infrastructure, and IT security operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune MDM, Atlassian Suite, Salesforce administration, endpoint patching, IT security controls, and enterprise project execution. This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive IT transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Endpoint Management & Intune Administration

• Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
• Configure device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security baselines.
• Manage MDM/MAM policies and device enrollment processes.
• Ensure endpoint hardening and policy compliance across the organization.
• Monitor endpoint health, security posture, and remediation activities.

Patch & Vulnerability Management

• Lead enterprise patch management activities for endpoints and applications.
• Coordinate monthly patch cycles and emergency security patch deployments.
• Track vulnerabilities and ensure timely remediation.
• Work closely with security teams to reduce endpoint risks and improve compliance posture.
• Maintain patch compliance reports and audit evidence.

Atlassian & Enterprise Applications Administration

• Administer Atlassian Suite including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and integrations.
• Manage workflows, automation rules, permissions, user provisioning, and project configurations.
• Support Salesforce administration activities including user management, permissions, integrations, and access controls.
• Collaborate with business teams for process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain application governance, documentation, and operational standards.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Manage and administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Handle SSO, MFA, Conditional Access Policies, RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Integrate enterprise applications with Entra ID for centralized authentication.
• Conduct User Access Reviews (UAR) and periodic access audits.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles and least privilege access.

IT Security & Compliance

• Implement and monitor IT security controls across enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and organizational security standards.
• Coordinate with InfoSec teams on audits, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.
• Monitor security alerts, endpoint risks, and policy violations.
• Drive security awareness and enforce IT governance standards.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead enterprise IT projects, migrations, security initiatives, and SaaS implementations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
• Prepare project plans, risk assessments, documentation, and status reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with proper governance and change management.
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives across Enterprise IT.

Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune MDM administration.
• Good understanding of IAM, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
• Experience managing Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of patch management and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with enterprise security tools and IT governance practices.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation
• Atlassian Administration Certifications
• Security certifications such as ISO 27001, SC-300, or Security+

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, IAM, Endpoint Management, or IT Security roles.
• Experience handling enterprise-scale SaaS platforms and endpoint environments.
