Job summary

Angel One is expanding its lending product team in Bengaluru, seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lending experience from discovery to disbursal and lifecycle management.

You will set vision, coordinate with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, and drive initiatives that grow our lending book while delivering seamless customer experiences. Strong APIs and partnering skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall work experience with 5+ years in product management.
• Demonstrated track record of owning and scaling B2C digital products at significant scale.
• Experience building financial services, lending, or credit products; familiarity with loan journeys is a plus.
• Comfortable working with APIs and technically complex partner integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end; align engineering, design, data and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics; improve conversion, engagement and business outcomes.
• Lead discovery through user research, data analysis, and market signals.
• Write sharp product specs and drive cross-functional execution from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with lenders, NBFCs, fintechs, and tech providers to design scalable integrations.
• Partner with design to elevate user experience across complex journeys.

Job Title: Senior Product Manager (lending /B2C)

What you will do

As Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the lending product experience at Angel One from credit discovery and application through to disbursal and loan lifecycle management. You will set the vision for your product area, influence cross-functional teams, and lead execution of initiatives that grow our lending book sustainably while delivering seamless, trustworthy experiences for millions of customers.

• Own the product roadmap for your area end-to-end define priorities, manage trade-offs, and align engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders around a shared direction
• Define and track the right success metrics; continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and business outcomes
• Lead discovery and validation — through user research, data analysis, and market signals to identify and size high-impact opportunities before committing to build
• Write sharp, detailed product specs and drive cross-functional execution from concept through launch, with clear accountability at every stage
• Work closely with external partners / lenders, NBFCs, fintechs, and technology service providers to design and ship integrations that expand product capabilities and customer reach
• Collaborate with design to raise the bar on user experience across complex, multi-step financial journeys
• Partner with data and analytics to build instrumentation, run experiments, and drive a data-first product culture
• Navigate regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations as a core part of product decision-making not an afterthought
• Represent the voice of the customer internally synthesising qualitative and quantitative signals into decisions the whole organisation can act on
• Share learnings, results, and product thinking broadly contributing to a culture of transparency and continuous improvement

What you are

• 8+ years of overall work experience with 5+ years in product management
• Demonstrated track record of owning and scaling B2C digital products at significant scale
• Experience building financial services, lending, or credit products; familiarity with loan journeys, lender integrations, or credit underwriting flows is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with APIs and technically complex partner integrations
• Strong data orientation at ease with product analytics, A/B experimentation, and translating data into decisions
• Sharp user research instincts experienced with usability testing, user interviews, and turning insight into action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can align diverse teams and influence without authority
• Experience working with external partners such as banks, NBFCs, or fintechs is an advantage
• Engineering or management degree from a Tier 1 institution preferred
