Job summary

Cavitak in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is looking for a senior IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee servers, networks and cloud environments, and to drive security and disaster recovery across PAN India locations.

You will lead the IT team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure robust IT service delivery with expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Operations, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and cloud environments.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and enterprise access management.
• Drive IT security, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure reliability.
• Manage network architecture, LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and connectivity across locations.
• Lead IT infrastructure planning, implementation, upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Establish IT policies, standard operating procedures, and security controls.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, licensing, and infrastructure procurement.
• Lead the IT team, manage escalations, and ensure efficient IT service delivery.
