Job Description

Helpdesk engineer with minimum 3+ years of experience working in IT Company.

Roles & Responsibilities

To configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software - PCs,laptops, desk, mobile phones, VoIP, printer/copiers, Windows/Linux operating systems, applications software Basic networking skills to include TCP/IP, DNS, WINS and DHCP with exposure to desktop network connectivity diagnostics and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN)
Coordinates with employees to plan and implement software upgrade actions and OS installation.
Responsible for Helpdesk Support on desktop software & hardware and work with service providers in case of hardware failure.
To follow up procurement & delivery of hardware/software that are required by users.
Day to day management of the helpdesk - dealing with cases from inception to completion.

Qualification

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
