Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 7 years IT and Business experience, preferably in logistics.
• Degree in Information Technology or Business (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern IT practices.
• Ability to coordinate with BIT, Business and IT Vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Business Processes and capture business requirements (BRS).
• Coordinate with regional/local program offices and vendors.
• Document, plan and execute IT projects with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure SLAs for services are met and data quality is maintained.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and AI use-case plans.
• Build local solutions and liaison with third-party providers as needed.
• Monitor progress and ensure smooth operation of deployed applications.

Role & responsibilities

Looking for a Business Analyst to join and lead our team. He/she will be responsible for establishing IT Business Processes. Gathering Business Requirements, coordinating with BIT, Business and IT Vendors, Documentation, Planning and Executing Projects with Regional and Local Program Office. He/she will have to perform the following key activities: Collect country functional users requirements and document the BRS. Provide justifiable solutions, time lines and costs via local development, outsourcing or package acquisition where local requirements cannot be met by proprietary business application (with agreement of Business Owners and GIS) Ensure business Services are delivered to all Business Entities to a high standard, in a timely manner and with ongoing support. Ensure service Level Agreements for Business Services are met or exceeded. Ensuring all deployed software performs in an optimum manner. Maintain implementation of new or updated applications maximizes the level of operational service with minimal disruption to the core business. Maintain application portfolio and track them towards ensuring required hygiene from an application standpoint is maintained. Power platform and power BI solutions and implementation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) related actionable. Capture and direct country requirements to the regional office. Work with vendors for delivering the IT projects. Collaborate with vendors in case of incidents in production environment Liaise with to provide local solutions. Ensure third party service providers to deliver solution according to business requirements & agreements. Monitor the progress of local requirement implementation. Continuously review business direction, business processes and available applications through: Business needs analysis in the context of regional and country direction. Determination of appropriate IS system solutions, including evaluation for future releases of proprietary software. Ensuring data quality meets local standards and User requirements are met. Maintaining full process documentation for all operational systems. Completion of project / task within agreed timeline and approved budgets. Must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions. Exploration of AI and identifying its use cases in the organization. Plan the implementation of AI use cases. Build and support Power Platform solutions. Building Power BI dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 to 7 years IT and Business Experience, preferably in logistics industry. Degree in Information Technology / Business (or equivalent). Technical expertise in: Proprietary core business applications. Existing Local Application enhancements and new developments. Windows -based Servers and Workstations O/S (Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, 2025). Database Management (MS-SQL 2022 and 2025).Desktop Applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook Mail, Exchange, Visio, Crystal Reports, Visual Studio, VSS / TFS, Microsoft Project, etc.). Dot Net, Java, Share-Point, PHP, others. Internet Technologies. Knowledge and exploration of latest AI trends. Hands on experience on building Power Platform solutions and Power BI Expertise in creating PowerPoint presentations. Communication Skills (English), Spoken and Written (excellent)

Key Pointers on this role apart from the Job Description

Business Analysis or Project Management Experienceis a must. Knowledge of SDLC (Software DevelopmentLife Cycle) Hands on experience on coding (.NET, SQL, Java, Pythonetc.) AI and new technology exploration. Power Platform, Power BI (Optional) DevSecOps (Optional).
