Job summary

Mobi India is seeking a highly analytical Technical Business Analyst to drive pre-sales and post-sales engagements within an IT services environment. Qualifications

3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services.
Strong exposure to Digital Transformation projects.
AI/ML based solutions experience (chatbots, automation, analytics).
Hands-on experience in pre-sales support and client-facing engagements.
Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Flows).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and digital goals.
Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering workshops.
Translate business requirements into solution concepts (Digital, AI, Automation, Cloud).
Prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, Proposals).
Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal submissions.
Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects during client presentations.
Lead detailed requirement gathering and stakeholder interviews.
Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use case documentation.
Define acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support UAT planning, test case validation, and sign-offs.
Monitor deliverables to align with business objectives.

This role bridges business needs and technical execution from solution discovery and proposal creation to requirement documentation and project delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and digital goals
Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering workshops
Translate business requirements into solution concepts (Digital, AI, Automation, Cloud, etc.)
Prepare high-quality documentation including:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Solution Proposals
Scope & Effort Estimations (with technical teams)
Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal submissions
Work closely with Sales and Solution Architects during client presentations
Lead detailed requirement gathering and stakeholder interviews
Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use case documentation
Define acceptance criteria and functional specifications
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support UAT planning, test case validation, and sign-offs
Ensure scope clarity and manage requirement changes
Monitor deliverables to align with business objectives
