Job summary

Kyndryl in Chennai, India is seeking an experienced Zscaler administrator to manage and optimize ZIA and ZPA services, enforce policies, and monitor security incidents to ensure secure network access for users.

You will collaborate with network and security teams, maintain IdP configurations, SSL inspection, URL categories, and incident response, serving as the primary point of contact for Zscaler operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network support and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in Zscaler administration.
• Experience with IdP configurations and access controls.
• Certifications in Zscaler or cloud security are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure ZIA and ZPA to ensure secure network access.
• Maintain Zscaler policies: URL filtering, threat prevention, and access controls.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Zscaler administrator you are responsible for managing and configuring Zscaler security services, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), to ensure secure network access for users by implementing and maintaining policies like URL filtering, threat prevention, and access controls, while also monitoring for security incidents and collaborating with network and security teams to optimize the Zscaler platform within an organization's infrastructure; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all Zscaler related operations and troubleshooting.

• Manage user and machines access to ZPA
• Manage IdP configurations / Administrators / Configure AppConnectors
• Maintain User Portal and Browser Access to applications
• Maintain ZPA policies (Access, Timeout, Client Forwarding, Isolation)
• Manage ZIA authentication settings / IdP configurations / Administrators
• Maintain hosted pac files / URL categories / Certificates
• Configure and maintain SSL Inspection policies
• Configure and maintain URL & Cloud App Control policies
• Configure and maintain File Type Control policies
• Manage ZDX Standard
• Support Mobile Connector Portal

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience focused on Network support, configuration, and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in ZScaler administration.
• Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains.
• Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
• Experience in working on Service Now.
• Qualifications-bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
• Zscaler Certified (e.g., Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator, Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer, Zscaler Digital Experience Administrator, Zscaler Certified Professional, Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator)
