9NEXUS Limited in Kolkata, India, is seeking a skilled L2/L3 application support professional for Infor BPCS in a production environment. You will handle incident resolution, stabilize services, and liaise with business users to ensure continuity during North American business hours.

Key duties include troubleshooting, defect analysis, coordinating fixes with technical teams, supporting testing and deployments, and participating in on-call rotation to mitigate critical issues.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Infor BPCS.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Demand Planning processes.
• Experience in ERP production support and incident management.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with offshore-onshore support models.
