Indigo Partners seeks an experienced ERP/Infor LN specialist to support and optimize SCM processes within Infor LN. The role involves collaborating with business users to translate requirements into functional solutions and managing procurement, warehousing, MRP, and order management processes.

The candidate will support manufacturing-related processes, coordinate incidents and enhancements, and contribute to ERP rollouts.

Qualifications

• 47 years of hands-on Infor LN / Baan experience.
• Strong functional exposure to SCM modules.
• Experience in Procurement/Purchasing, Warehouse/Inventory, MRP/Planning and Sales/Order Management.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Infor LN 10.8 experience would be an advantage.
• Exposure to Infor ION/integrations, SQL/reporting, implementation/rollout and UAT would be beneficial.
• Engineering degree preferably Mechanical / EEE / IT – or MBA in Supply Chain / IT.
• Infor LN certification would be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support and continuously improve SCM processes in Infor LN.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Handle Procurement / Purchasing, Warehouse & Inventory, Material Planning / MRP and Sales / Order Management processes.
• Support manufacturing-related processes and understand end-to-end supply-chain integration.
• Coordinate incidents, enhancements and root-cause analysis with technical/functional teams.
• Work on master data, process controls and ERP process improvements.
• Prepare requirements, functional documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in testing, UAT, releases and implementation/rollout activities
• Conduct user training and support business adoption.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements.
