Job summary

Whizz HR in Mumbai is seeking an influencer marketing specialist to identify and onboard creators who resonate with our brand. You will develop and execute campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, coordinating content approvals and keeping brand guidelines intact.

You’ll manage outreach, negotiations, and timelines; track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions; analyze performance and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer/social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
