Job summary

Doveriye is seeking a creative Influencer Marketing Associate – Marathi to lead influencer programs aimed at Marathi-speaking audiences from our Hyderabad office. You will identify Marathi creators, coordinate campaigns from sourcing to execution, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.

You will build briefs, track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI, and collaborate with Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research Marathi influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong database of Marathi influencers across different categories and audience sizes.
• Coordinate with influencers from sourcing to campaign execution, including negotiations, briefs, content approvals, and publishing.
• Develop influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Prepare and communicate campaign briefs, content guidelines, and deliverables to influencers.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Content, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams.
• Track influencer deliverables, campaign timelines, content quality, and posting schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Identify emerging Marathi creators and regional trends to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure influencer content is aligned with the brand's tone, guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and regional creator networks.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and share insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
