Job summary

Growqai in Chennai/Kolkata is seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate for a full-time, office-based role. With 2+ years in beauty or consumer brands, you’ll support influencer outreach and campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coordinate product shipments, monitor influencer content, and produce performance reports on engagement, reach, and sales. You’ll also nurture relationships with creators and collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the Influencer Marketing team in identifying and contacting social media influencers to collaborate with on campaigns.
