Job summary

Infinity Learn is seeking a Product Manager to architect scalable AI-driven solutions. You will map complex dependencies, automate manual processes, and drive greenfield initiatives from MVP to scale. You will quantify impact through efficiency gains and collaborate with engineering to ship high-impact releases.

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support to maximize impact.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional workflow solving with internal and external stakeholders to map dependencies across the system.
• AI-driven transformation to identify and automate man-hour sinks in support, content, or operations.
• Lead greenfield initiatives by defining MVPs, requirements, and scaling triggers for new courses or geographies.
• Quantify efficiency impact and track man-hours saved and cost-per-unit reductions for each release.
• Own end-to-end product delivery by writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and driving sprint execution.

Key Responsibilities : The Core of Your Role

• Cross-Functional Workflow Solving : Work directly with external and internal stakeholders to identify product dependencies. You must understand how every feature is connected and solve for the "system," not just the department.
• AI-Driven Transformation : Obsessively look for manual "man-hour" sinks (in support, content, or operations) and deploy Generative AI/LLMs to automate them. You will be measured by the reduction in man-hours and the increase in system accuracy.
• New Business Initiatives : Lead the product roadmap for "Greenfield" projectsdefining the MVP, requirements (concept note to detailed user stories), and scaling triggers for new course categories or geographic expansions. Work closely with business from launch to making the project BAUand deliver quantitative impact for the project.
• Efficiency Impact Quantification : You must be able to define and track the Man-Hours Saved and the Cost-per-Unit reduction for every automation you ship.
• Product Delivery & Engineering Collaboration : Own requirements end-to-end by writing high-clarity PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and drive sprint execution for timely shipping of high impact releases.

Expected Skills & Expertise

• Systems Thinking & Impact Mapping : Ability to visualize the "Infinity Learn" ecosystem holistically. You must foresee how a change in one module (e.g., K-5 onboarding) ripples through upstream (Sales/Marketing) and downstream (Finance/Support) systems.
• AI & Automation Orchestration : Proven track record in deploying Generative AI/LLMs to solve operational bottlenecks. You don't just use AI; you build the machinery that replaces manual "man-hour" sinks.
• Architecting Scale : Expertise in building modular product structures that allow for rapid geographic expansion and new course launches without rewriting core code.
• Efficiency Modeling : Mastery in quantifying the "Dollar Value" of your work. You should be able to measure success through Man-hours saved, Cost-per-unit reduction, and System scalability metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Experience : 3+ years in Product Management with experience in AI automation, business expansion, and GTM for features launched.
• Education : B.Tech (CS/IT preferred) from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/BITS/NIT).
• Behavioral : The Fixer : You have a relentless drive to automate everything that shouldn't be manual.
